Now that I have a new upright freezer, I am working at getting it stocked with the refreezable items on my menu so no one has to wait a day or two before I can make their order. I already have meatloaf, chicken pot pie and date nut bread in it. This weekend I can bake the very popular Ginger molasses cookies and Polish cabbage rolls. Some of my vegetarian dishes also freeze well, like the Ginger Sweet Potato and Coconut Milk Stew with Lentils and Spinach. My Quinoa bread and Indian naan also freeze perfectly. I just need another few days to get everything done and my freezer will be well stocked. If you haven't requested a menu yet, please send me an email and I'll get one to you. My menu has over 44 items that include entrees, salads, desserts and breads. And, I am always open to cook something special for you that isn't on the menu.
