These solar panels are 10 years old, with a life expectancy of 20-25 years.

Most people don't know that solar panels "age" and the output reduces over their life. They figure about 1% per year so these panels could be down by 10-15%. Even so, they are still cheap. You need to figure in the costs of mounting equipment, inverter electronics, cabling, labor, etc and getting the CFE process done if you want a grid-tied system.

Yes, they are inexpensive. They are better suited for an off-grid system

You still have all the costs of mounting equipment, inverter electronics, cabling, labor, etc - and add in the cost and maintenance of batteries. You need to be in a mountain cabin or a sailboat kind of situation to go this route.  These are 36 volt panels.
