At Marina Terra beach wedding buildings oceanside. Come see 100 different vendors and franchises showcasing their goods. Come taste the many bacanoras or the artesian beers. Vendors selling or sampling everything from cigars, food, hats to snacks. Something for everybody. Too much fun. Open til 7. Inside.

I agree Chris, but as far as I know, the nearest real cigar shop is Sanborns in Hermosillo. Santa Rosa and JJ's have a few selections but unless it's in a sealed tube, I wouldn't trust it to not be dried out; besides, they are expensive for what they are.[confused] I buy most of mine either in Tucson or mail order from Thompson Cigar Co. in NYC.

It was a one day thing, we got some good stuff. Lots of fun! They were from Guaymas, Hermosillo and Obregon. We scored some coffee, cigars, bacanora, dulce, machaca and special yummy marinade. There were lots of free samples of alcohol and food. Hope they do this again next year, great expo to learn about and support the regional businesses.

This is an annual event which is obviously not marketed to gringos.

"LandShark", It was a B to B event meaning it was targeted to to businesses to promote their products and services among themselves. "Business to business" as opposed to "business to consumers/customers/clients". The shorthand for this is b2b or b2c as the case may be. No one was shunned or otherwise excluded. There were talks on subjects as well as products but in Spanish. The focus was on promoting to the visitor market(ers) so that they can improve service to customers.
