This Saturday I will be selling my quinoa bread and chocolate brownies with walnuts and a delicious chocolate frosting. I saw many of my clients at the Rescate Christmas Bazaar last Saturday and several of them requested my date nut bread so, I'll be bringing 2 loaves of that, too. Today, I made beef stroganoff and homemade noodles. This is my first time making noodles. I don't have a noodle maker so I just rolled them out and cut them with a knife. I hope you like them. The stroganoff has beef from Santa Rosa and lots of mushrooms, sour cream and red wine. Each 1 liter container will feed two people. It's a perfect meal for our chilly evenings. Thank you to all who come to the Marketplace and shop. Noodles.jpg

Thanks for asking. I charge 200 pesos for my stroganoff. (With noodles.) LOL I charge 100 pesos for a loaf of quinoa bread and my date nut bread, because it has nuts, dates and vodka, is 250 pesos. I'll have samples for you. I'm thinking I'll make extra noodles that you can buy if you're a pasta freak like I am. I had no idea it was so easy to make noodles. The trick is making them thin--believe me, I rolled as hard as I could and these are not thin noodles, but they are really good.
